I was at a career fair and they offered to interview me the next day. Interview was very easy, they just asked about my expiriences. No technical questions.

Waste of time! They called in a bunch of people for interviews and no one got an offer. What a waste of everyone's time! This was a day-long interview and it took them forever to get back to you on their decision. On top of that the pay is really low.
