Was emailed by a recruiter after attending a career fair. Applied in November 2017 and was brought for an on-site interview at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in January. Dozens of other candidates were brought out to the same location and transported to the shipyard in waves. Did not pick which department I interviewed with, but sat down with two managers from a department that was interested. Very friendly people and standard interview questions. After a holdup at HR, I was offered the job in March.
