The interview process was great & it was easy to share my opinions with the manager. I shared my experience & my goals. I let my college ambitions be known & I wasn't afraid to discuss my failures & weaknesses in a confident manner because I am not afraid to make mistakes & improve my skills & pursue more opportunities for better experiences.
