I had a three part interview one with HR one with the director, one with the President. After my interview with the director, he calls and lets me know that he really wanted me for the job, I just have to talk to the president and it'll just be a few questions. The president reaches out to me trying to interview the same day I scheduled for the same day then we have a 45 minute interview. A week and a half later they reached out to me and let me know, I don't have enough skills for them.

Just like the management interview review says, I was asked to do a Teams interview with the hiring manager. That went very well, so at the end she asked me to complete the Assessment and that the CEO would reach out to me directly for a final interview. I was ghosted at that point and never heard back from the CEO, hiring manager or recruiter who originally reached out to me about the opportunity. Very unprofessional.
