Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage interview questions

Interview was with the Assistant Store Manager and lasted about 45 minutes. They started by reviewing my resume and asking me questions about previous jobs. Then they asked me a series of customer service based questions. They followed that up by asking me about leadership experience mixed with produce experience.

Asked about health knowledge and previous work experience. Was only about ten minutes total with store general manager and store assistant manager. Got to meet some of the team. They were friendly
