the whole process took a long time, almost a year. I spoke to many people until I was able to move forward in the process. The interviews were a bit difficult, with a lot of technical questions.
I had the first interview where I had the chance to talk about my background and I mentioned that I didn't have experience in the financial side. Even though they explained to me that it wouldn't be a problem, in the second interview most questions were related to that. Also, they took a lot of time to give me an answer even though they promised that they would reply in one week.
