5 rounds across the team. No formal structure, free flow chat. Very poor experience as no response from HR after fifth round. Met some very egomaniacal characters who will give you a sense of the firm.

I applied for a VP role directly after seeing it on LinkedIn.
Within a week I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview.
I had my face-to-face interview after 2 weeks.
After the interview I was ghosted. Called/mailed the recruitment team multiple times over a month with no luck.
Overall: Very bad experience

It was an amicable talk with the Head of the department. No technical questions asked as they knew my background. Next step was talking to the HR team for conditions.
