Arrogant leadership was abrasive and rude to me and his leadership team on the call. Weird panel interview with case studies. I knew a few minutes into the interview I didn't want to work for this guy.

They asked a series of case studies while a panel of 7 managers stared at you for a basic level underwriting position they heavily recruited me for.

Interview
Phone interview with a manager as well as other associates, it was originally supposed to be via webcam but was changed to a phone interview. It was more of a conversation with them about the industry and my aspirations in it.
