Interview
Received a phone call from the department’s HR person and discussed the position. About a week later, I had my first interview with the hiring manager and in that same meeting he introduced me to the secondary people I would work with. I met with each of them individually and then spoke to hiring mgr again. Came back for a second interview with a VP about a week later.

Question 1
I was asked mainly situational questions. They asked about my relevant experience as well as aske me how I handle competing priorities and stressful situations. They asked how I handle confrontation or difficult people also.
