Interview
Its a one on one interview, you are given a tour of the building and at the end of the interview you`ll listen to calls for 30 minutes to get a feel of the job. The interview is very easy and seamless, Your talking majority of the times to your resume and tying the situational questions into it.

Interview
It was a pretty long interview. A little over an hour. They asked 5 situational questions that were all very similar so it was hard to answer all 5 differently. Other than that it was very informative and they give you a lot of details about the job and the company.

Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Easy, and to the point. I was able to ask and get answers as to what packages for benefits they offer. They specify dates, training, and just the overall process.

Interview
It took a a few weeks after applying for them to get back to me to set up an interview. once they got back to me i was able to schedule a phone screening and then i was called in to do a virtual interview.
