The interview process used the "star" technique. A majority of the interview is this technique of behavioral questions. Situation, Task, Action, and Result. So they would ask questions like, "describe a time where you had to go above and beyond your job duty in order to complete a task?" You then had to form the situation, the tasks, the actions you took, and the end result from it.
