I was scheduled for an initial phone interview. The recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. Eventually, she called two hours later and said we were in different time zones even though she was also in my state. we rescheduled the phone interview which resulted in a Zoom final interview. Standard questions were asked. At the end of the interview, they told me I would be contacted with an answer. I did not hear a think back from them. EVER. No rejection email. Nothing. Very unprofessional and rude. The recruiter did not answer my emails or phone calls. Treat people with respect.
