Had one phone call to discussed about the optician role with base minimum salary plus $1-$3 commission. Then proceeded to in person interview. Applied to this role in late April.
The interview process was fairly standard. Applied online. Received a call. Completed phone interview and on site interview was scheduled. Job duties were as expected based on job description that was posted.
