Very pleasant and easy once scheduled on the phone. Much more discussion than probing question / answer. More an opportunity to share about me and learn about the interviewer. Don't sweat it, just be you and you will do fine.

Very friendly and relaxed interview, starting with comfortable conversation about my intro to the posted job, and the business. The interviewer was the same person I spoke with over the phone days before, and he stayed on subject and asked only pertinent questions related to the job.

Craigs list ad prompted telephone call from hiring department chair, phone screen led to 1:1 interview, job was offered at end of interview. Position interviewed for required special work and education experiences so there likely was not a large pool of qualified applicants.
