I arrived 15 minuted early. Office was dingy and everyone was swearing. Nobody acted like they cared about their job. Guy interviewing me was 15 minutes late, kept looking at his phone, hadn't read my resume, and hadn't looks at my samples. He was very condescending and talked about himself for 30 minutes before asking and questions. Super arrogant and annoying.
