National Renewable Energy Lab Intern - Hourly interview questions

Very easy interview. Just asked about basic experience on my resume. It consisted of 2 interviews. The first was just a phone screen and the second was an on-site interview with 3 people.

Potential mentors will call you and will try to get you on their project so they can get "free labor". Mostly behavioral questions, some technical. Their selection process was flawed in that the first mentor who makes the selection gets you on their project. Needs more flexibility.
