Confusing….there were errors in the emails I received for each of several interviews. One interview they had mentioned a phone interview and then the email was for in person. Times listed in the body of the mail did not match the invite.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and received a call back within a day or two. I scheduled my interview for the following week. I came in and met with HR, a CRM, and the President of the company. I was also able to sit down with the in-house counsel as I have a legal background. It wasn't the average interview with canned questions that have nothing to do with the role you would take on - they were pointed and asked specifics about my personality, organization, and what I look for in a job/career/work environment.
I had a follow-up interview about a week later with another CRM that I would be working closely with were I to get the job. And finally, I was asked to do a test that I got the impression was to gauge my ability to pay attention to detail. It took 3-4 hours to complete, but it was kind of fun to pick apart. The woman in HR gave me an extra week or so to complete it because I was going on vacation, so I thought that was nice of her.
She contacted me the next day to let me know she would be in touch in a few days and the next week I was offered the position.

Interview
Interview did take a little longer than most, I sat with two different members of the IT team for the first hour and the CEO of the company for another hour. All were friendly and asked valid questions.
