The interview begins with a 20 minute presentation that you develop and deliver to your peer and hiring manager, as well as business stakeholders for the area(s) you will support. You then participate in 3 - 4 2 person panel interviews where you are asked to Tell Them about a time where... (behavioral interview questions). What I enjoyed the most is they carve out time towards the end for you to ask questions of them -- to better understand the culture, your role, challenges, etc..
