Interviewed for the engineering leadership program, conducted as a interview day with other graduates. Mixture of HR and technical interview, group task and meal with fellow applicants. Great experience and well executed.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted.
