Two managers called in to the preset telephone conference line. The interview began with an explanation of the role, the company, and the industry. The interviewers then requested a quick synopsis of my credentials. The introductory phase lasted roughly 10 minutes. The interviewers then alternated asking questions to assess both my potential to fill the role and fit the role, lasting 15-20 minutes. The interviewers allowed very sufficient time, at least 15 minutes if not more, for me to ask questions of them regarding the role and the company and were patient listening and thorough answering. Lastly the interviewers enumerated next steps and indicated when I would likely hear back.
