Interview was with HR person, no programmers involved. Interview consisted of me giving a verbal rendition of my work history. No other developers sat in on the meeting. Couldn't get any tech questions answered. When I asked what they used to develop the front end, they simply replied "Twitter". They couldn't answer what type of source control they use, nor discuss their development processes beyond the very highest level. Total interview length was 1.5 hours. 30 minute tour of facility. 30 minute demo of app without any technical info related to it. I was told that I wasn't hired because they chose to go with a friend of the HR lady instead. I left the interview with more questions than answers related to their IT side of things. I was frustrated that I couldn't get *any* technical answers to questions related to their tech.
