The interview process felt disorganized and prolonged, with significant delays and limited follow-up throughout. Based on my experience, it was not surprising that the role remained open for an extended period. Communication was a key concern. I value professionalism and responsiveness in a recruiting process, but that was not reflected here. My interactions with the recruiter were disappointing, communication was minimal, and there was no acknowledgment or follow-up after the interview. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and lacking in candidate consideration, which made it a negative impression of the organization.
