Briefly an intro describing your self. Strengths, weaknesses, commitment/investing time in a company. First Interview is with a "supervisor" ask you about your resume and background. If you do well the owner will be your second Interviewer and ask you more personal questions to figure out where/what would be a best fit for you in the company
