Remote interview with questions provided ahead of time was great for convenience and prep.
Actual interview style was quite aggressive and unnerving, especially when considering the company.
A number of things mentioned in the interview were concerning, such as, how busy they are (sounded like a translation for over worked), the need to work with vague or ambiguous information (not ideal for autistic people). When I questioned their employee wellbeing strategy, the response was that they have never had to think about it. I withdrew my application following the interview.

Interview
One interview with a panel of three including the person who would be my line manager. Clear expectations, questions sent in advance of interview, and a friendly panel. I had to complete a task ahead of the interview. Great communication from start to finish.

Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and conversational with 2 managers interviewing me and they worked hard to make me feel comfortable. Overall it was quite short only being 15-20 minutes
