Done by a third party. Sanctuary graduates. Sometimes can have a negative monotone interviewer. Very one sided in my opinion and not engaging. Very basic and straight forward but the questions were asked in an odd manner.

Pretty straightforward there was only one telephone interview which followed a numerical test and competency questions. Had 14 days to submit the competencies questions and 5 to complete the numerical test
