They require a “working interview” this is an unpaid on site interview where they watch you work in the store. Major red flag as they dont follow any labor laws for this process which is required. This is extremely unethical and a practice that is completely outdated. My advice to anyone interviewing, this is not a company that values people if they are willing to put non trained employees to work”work” for free and not care about any liabilities.
