met some credit managers asking typical credit interview questions trying to know if you can perform financial analysis, what credit mitigants, talks about specific sectors, market etc then interview with hr with typical hr questions: why you want to work for rbs, run me through you CV, salary expectation etc
Mostly technical knowledge is tested, which includes Accounting Standards, Financial Management related concepts. There are usually three or four technical rounds. There is usually management round in which someone from senior management asks general management questions. The HR round is focused mainly on interests and try to figure out the stability of the candidate.
