Initial first interview consists of mainly competency style questions posed to you from 2 personnel, followed by an shl test and an able test. Interview is quite ok, dont lie and dont fabricate. The people seem quite proud of what they do and are very willing to talk abt it. so always ask questions!

They gave me 6 questions to answer, 3 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to answer each question. Most of them were motivational and competency-based, so as long as you have done some research it is quite easy to handle the interview.
