I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nasstar (Birmingham, England)
Interview
Initial email asking you to answer further questions
Another email asking you to submit 2 60 second video of answers and 2 written answers to questions related to the role
Initial video interview
Second video interview inc 15 minute presentation.
At each stage you receive an automated email asking you for feedback on their recruitment process and to review on Glassdoor, and always before you have received feedback from them. I chased for a response after the final interview and the time they advised he passed, and got a very simple generic no. For a company so driven by feedback, it doesn’t seem to be a two way street.
The actual interview was engaging and interesting but it does feel like you’re being made to jump through hoops and kept dangling.
