It is a long process. They will give you an assignment. They kept me waiting after scheduling the interview & when I called they told me it will be rescheduled. After having 4 minutes of discussion next day the interviewer told that they will consider me for another role so they won't read your profile also. And she asked me to do another assignment. After that there was no response from them till 1 week. There format is the worst for assignment.
