Interview with team lead, tech lead and lastly the CEO. No meeting with the HR. The team lead and tech lead were really nice, the only negative thing was that the questions were slightly repetitive. The CEO interview was one of the nastiest I’ve had. The CEO didn’t really listen to my answers, he just wanted to boast with his experience and visions. After about 20 minutes of pressing I got compliments on how well I stand pressure. Got an offer which was much less than I made in my current job, so I declined the offer. The team lead called me and said that I could always make a counter offer, their HR just wanted to “test” whether I’d be up for a salary as low as what they initially offered…

Otherwise general interview questions, but many of them were centered around how well I manage with pressure.
The last interview with the CEO was horrendous, he asked reasoning for my selection of referees, mocked my hobbies and questioned whether I had really been doing the work mentioned in my CV
