NanoString Mechanical Engineer II interview questions

Phone interview with lead recruiter and then with Director of Engineering. There was promise of next steps after last phone interview and then both fell off the face of the earth. Original phone interview time was skipped with lead recruiter and then 2 weeks later I was reached out to like it was a 1st time communicating. Communication is obviously not strong.
