I had a phone call which was very conversational. I was only asked one question about myself before they asked me to come in for a trial shift. It was a very easy process

Easy group setting. Just take initiative. Basic skills questions just bank on what experience you already have, career, volunteering, school. They want to see you know how to work in a team but can also work independently when needed with little supervision
