application online, get phone call from the office. go interview with a senior stuff. go team interview with other job seekers. asking questions and build team work on topics given by the manager. such as how to build a selling procedure. how to design a product.
Doesn't seems right with our protocol. our interview process is always 1:1 or 1:project team. never with any other job seeker. also we do not design product, we do not do any sales. probably mixed with wrong company.
