Interview process is quite intense. Application/email practice/mock calls/one way video interview/video interview. It can feel a bit tedious but it does give you insight into the logistics of the role and whether you are well suited for it.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Naked Wines in Sept 2025
Interview
The hiring process is extremely lengthy for what is a basic call centre job. A CV and cover letter, 2 example emails you’d send a customer, an AI video interview with 8 questions, a 45 minute phone call, a test call with a fake customer, then another chat which included questions such as “what would I find difficult about managing you?” and “how would you rate your tech skills out of 10?” plus a lot of questions that were repeats that were already asked in the 45 minute call.
Cv review, phone call and in person interview.
Wanted to create a relaxed feel to assess fit for role.
On the whole, a good experience and felt like I had a good sense of what the job would entail
