Hiring process is too long. They took 4 rounds the first day of drive after clearing all the rounds they told me there will be one more round and that will be of telephonic. Next day I got the email from the HR regarding my telephonic interview. On the scheduled day I was waiting for the interview call as company bis irresponsible I didn't receive any call. Then J emailed the HR regarding that, there HR team is worst they never reply, I got the call forthat round after 2 months .... yes after 2 months. Again interviewed telephonically around an hour. Then I received another mail for one more round which was scheduled on Sunday Morning 8 a.m. IST I interviewed for that, interview was positive but never heard from their HR, I emailed many times but they do not reply. This is the worst interview experience I had in my 3 years of professional experience. Arrogant HR of a pathetic company. Its been 6 months I interviewed there no response, I am daily receiving email for Jobs via Naukri for this company but I'll never ever join this pathetic company. Advise to the company : Hire professional HRs.
