Through referral I got a call from HR. Initial discussion with HR gave me the impression that HR is nowhere near interested in hiring candidates. She didn’t offered any flexibility when it comes to when I can write the online test. Test link was shared and I have cleared the exam. Next day I got a mail asking for my availability for next round of interview. I shared the details and turns out HR ghosted me. A week later she called me asking for the availability I asked for the reason for ghosting she said she already informed me via email. But I didn’t received any emails from her. She blatantly lied. Then I asked her to schedule the interview for Saturday to which she said she cannot schedule the interview on weekends. And that’s when I withdrew my application.

Interview was very easy but interviewer thought candidate should give answer in the way that interviewer want.

Management should check some recordings and have to align some good employees in panel.

Second round was online technical round where I was rejected as the interviewer was not evenasking what was required. It seemed like he was self obsessed and had already made up mind not to sleect

Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds, all primarily technical, followed by a final client round. The role was for a MERN Full Stack Developer, and the questions were focused on practical knowledge—there were no DSA or complex system design questions.
The system design round went particularly well. All the interviewers were knowledgeable, professional, and understanding throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the interactions felt smooth and well-structured.
