Average process:
Technical interviewer was not good, he was asking questions from google. Not a single cross question even not a single question from CV.
He was asking questions like a Robot

Difference between push notification, silent notification, mutable notification.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nagarro in Sept 2020
Interview
I applied through recruiter. I didn't like the entire process. Process includes coding test consisting 3 data structure questions and then IQ test of 12 mins.
It is like rounds set for fresher candidates.
I mean why an experienced candidate needs to be grilled on those parameters. Experienced should only be tested on specialization that a condidate has, alongwith that if you want you can have one data structure round. This process is a complete time waste and on top of that , you will get salary as peanuts.
