1. First Step in the process is IQ Test.. 50 questions in 12 minutes. Questions are logical, pattern based , synonyms antonyms... Passing score is 35 out of 50.
2. Next is Case Study , We are given a Business Requirement Document, Time allotted - 1.5 hrs Prepare WBS, Risk Assessment and Team Structure , Fixed Cost.

Three round interview quantitative , face2face HR. All sessions are very curative and basis industry standard. But the wait time is very high in all round of interview, I don't know why they call so many candidates in same schedule

Terrible, very unprofessional interviewer has zero knowledge of what he was hiring for. Seems like a developer asked to take manager interview. Very poor communication skills. At one time he said estimations are done by developers and not PM. which shows clear poor knowledge about PM skills.
