Interview
I answered an ad in Craigslist. Beware of the ad that does not mention the company doing the hiring by name. We started with a phone interview, then had an in-person interview a few weeks later. Interviewed first with the CEO's wife, then had a brief interaction with the CEO in the in-person interview.

I found it interesting and perhaps should have listened better to the CEO's wife when she indicated that there were many "interesting" and sometimes "difficult" personalities in the company that I would have to deal with. She warned me numerous times but I stupidly thought this was part of a challenge that I should accept.
