NYU Langone Health FGP Secretary I Intake/Scheduling interview questions

Had first interview with Hiring Manager in August this was a smooth easy interview, more like a conversation (asked about my experience, etc. The manager was pleasant and professional which made the experience better as well. Waited a little over two weeks and HR got back to me to schedule an interview and also to submit five references within 48 hours ( I know little time to gather them up). The interview with HR was a little more difficult even after thinking I prepped well they will ask more behavioral situational questions good to prepare a few scenario based example stories to give
