Interview
About hiring salespeople:
The interview is always basic, straightforward, and is a 3 section, well structured "interview worksheet" provided corporate.
1. Company Overview: This is designed to check your enthusiasm about working for "a different type of kiosk"...
2. About you: Skills and abilities are considerably less important than obsequiousness and company fit.
3. What the company offers: This is designed to sell qualified candidates on the company. What NYS offers is very incentivising.

Interview
Easy, no hard questions, pretty straight forward. Regardless of where you are in the interview process, it's important to practice interviewing and to be prepared for the typical interview questions you'll be asked during each step in the process. It's also important to have questions ready to ask the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NYS Collection in Feb 2013
