Average interview process that was typical for design. Call with HR first. And then meeting manager to discuss design skills that pertain to the job requirements. Accepted job offer after.
It was Pretty easy and quick. Met with hr and then the hiring manager. People were nice but offer was low. No flexibility with days and hours were not adjustable
