I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NXP Semiconductors (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
Very slow process! Meet with recruiter, fellow EA, hiring manager, executive then two teams members. All of that then to be ghosted by the hiring manager and recruiter after inquiring on the job status and being told they were still interested in me.

Question 1
What do you like best about being an Executive Assistant?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NXP Semiconductors (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
After several rounds interviewing with the leaders this individual would be directly supporting, and a long wait in hearing back on next steps, the outsourced recruiter emailed to request a call for ‘interview feedback’.
One of the leaders was now stepping down and an internal recruiter was taking over filling this EA role.
This internal person, whom I’ve never interviewed with was "not interested in my resume" and was now looking for someone who has "event planning experience, with heavy global travel and logistics on top of the routine EA responsibilities"--exactly all of which heavily paralleled my recent experience, was highlighted on my resume and in interviewing---also, how I got selected to interview in the first place.
Overall, I found the interview process and feedback to be extremely partial, biased and really a complete waste of my time.
