Q1: C Programming question about algorithm (ptr on ptr, volatile, how compilation work, macro)

Interview
Simple but very time-consuming, in a nutshell. The company gives mostly PBC with very less conversion. The 6 months internship however gives a lot of expertise but rarely seen someone getting FTE.
The interview consists of 2 round .The 1st round was technical interview which is for 30-35min and second is the HR round.The difficulty of both the rounds is medium to hard.
