NWSDS interview questions

Takes roughly a month to respond to an application. If invited, there’s two rounds of interviews before an offer is made. Round one includes a brief skills portion of basic math. Followed by a set of 10 questions in front of a panel of 3 program managers.

I just filled out the application then when I got a call back I had to do an orientation/class, that teaches about what to do or don't do for clients, and if I wanted to do live in care or just home care
