Went through the first round of interview & submitted the case study. When I was asked if I can present the case study within the same week, I notified the TA that I couldn't make it as I'm overseas. Suggested my earliest available date (which is only 4/5 days away from the proposed date - passing the weekend also anyway), the HR just ghosted me afterwards. Then on the new proposed date itself, she told me that they have decided to go with another candidate, plus the hiring manager has to go overseas this week. I would say its quite a red flag that they are not transparent about things. Glad I dodged a bullet nevertheless.
