Not much to say really the upper management that interviewed me was all about himself didn't really ask me much. Then said they would do a background check and let me know. That took two weeks and couldn't get him to return my calls. Now I am supposed to start wish me luck it doesn't look good this far.

Interview
Straight forward and quick interview/hiring process. I was hired and onboarding complete same day. Was asked to start in 2 days. Couldn't do that, no issues at all with scheduling first day of work.
Two separate interviews to go over past experience and knowledge of industry. Usually start out on job as an mit. Was very clear on high hours and stress but large compensation potential.
