I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NSF
Interview
Three interviews. First was with a recruiter, then two subsequent interviews with different levels of management. They were in the same day so they were not in phases. They were not transparent with the available pay rate for the position. Questions were difficult because they were asking you to talk a bit of crap about past coworkers.
I applied online. I interviewed at NSF (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
First interview was great. Second interview was very vague. Interviewer was nonchalant and seemed preoccupied. Questions were just a few, then the interviewer asked ; do you have any questions for me?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NSF (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Was a 3 step interview process, started with phone screening with HR Department in Michigan. Standard initial phone screening, asked about my experience and what knowledge I had about NSF. Felt like went well said I should hear something in week or 2 regarding moving forward in process.
After a little more than a week I received an email requesting in-person interview. When arrived to interview it was just one person in person and another woman at Europe office asking questions via conference call. Were really interested in my budgeting and finance experience and also preparing reports for mgmt. Last about 1 hour and said would be in touch shortly as they were looking to have position filled rather quickly.
Before the end of day I had initial in person interview I had an email requesting a 2nd in person interview, the morning of 2nd in person interview I recieved an email requesting a change to a virtual interview. I had to download an app on my phone and conducted interview via video conference call with 2 individuals from the office. More indept questions on my budgeting experience and overall working experience as a professional. Very relaxed and simple interview even with my uncomfortability due to doing invmyerview via video.
