Had a phone screen that was about 20 minutes. The recruiter wasn't fit for the job. They were unmotivated and unprofessional. Gave a horrible impression and was very misleading. Seemed like an unstable place.

Basic questions about recruiting experience, the types of positions worked on, years of experience, if you are up to working more than 40 hours a week, etc. They definitely are fans of over-promising within the interview and then under-delivering after you have started working for them. Do not believe the hype.
